Upon recommendation from a friend, I called the office of William Gordon, DMD and set up consultation appointments. WELL, from day one my children and I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from Dr. Gordon and his office staff. We are greeted by name at every office visit and Dr. Gordon often jokes with my kids as he is treating them, keeping the atmosphere light. He not only speaks with them as a patient, but as a person. My daughter, Alexandra, was the first to complete her orthodontic care. Prior to her braces she would never smile for school pictures. But, now you can see a smile in every photo as she proudly shows off her "new" teeth. As you can imagine, orthodontics can be a long process but worth it for the great results given by Dr. Gordon and his staff.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Gordon for the past ten years. During that time we have always felt our experience with the office to be positive and professional. Everything about Dr. Gordon's office is exceptional. Dr. Gordon himself, aside from being the utmost professional, is able to put your child at ease and explain the orthodontic process in a way that both parent and child can understand. The staff are highly qualified and courteous. Most impressive is the office itself; the entire facility is state-of-the-art. Wow was our first impression. The kids have access to I-pads and I-touches and sign themselves in on the computer, so immediately my daughter felt less stress. Our second impression was the high technology and ease of showing the patient and parents on a big screen how their child's teeth are developing and what to expect presently and in their future. Thirdly, the staff eased my daughter's anxiety and fear with the added understanding of the importance of taking care of your teeth. Lastly, the financial aspect was eased with a monthly payment vs. all at once.
